Compassionate Dental Care

This place is a total farce. Constantly changing my appointments even on the day I was driving there to keep my appointment that had been changed already 3 times. Not only their lack of professionalism did they have 2 conflicting opinions the same office but by 2 different people. They had said I needed a deep scaling cleaning. I took all my records to a different dentist and was told.. no you do not require a deep scaling. I did not have gum disease or for that matter which I was told reciedding gums. So today I'm happy I went to a different dental office. I had a new set of ex Ray's and a teeth cleaning.. I'm my humble opinion run as fast as you can out the door at compassionate and find a different dentist that is not a rip off.

Committed medical malpractice against me! That’s serious! But even outside of that — this place is a total disaster — just see all the other reviews— no organization, constantly changing staff, no communication and most frustrating — constantly changing appointments on you at the last minute. On average they change every appointment at least once. As for my case, they admitted they put in my crowns wrong. They recommended I get help to fix the very serious gum issue it caused. I did that which required a year of appointments and then finally a surgery. After all of that, this office agreed to redo the crowns for free, but wouldn’t pay for the surgery or any of the other issues or costs related to their error. During the second crown apt they chipped the remaining tooth pretty badly. Their totally avoidable error (proper work is done by a computer program!) cost me so much extra money, time off work, healing time, pain, stress, suffering. The periodontist that I went to for surgery even wrote, mailed and emailed this dentist a letter detailing how my problem was specifically caused by the dentist’s crown error. Then, Compassionate dental care kept pretending like they never received the letter. The whole act of pretending and then refusing to talk to me about it and the not returning my calls or emails was unprofessional and medically negligent. Though it is unlikely you will have my specifically bad experience— you will be frustrated by the lack of organization, care, and professionalism at this office. It is a poorly run office with a dentist that is not a good dentist. Stay away!

READ REVIEWS!! STAY AWAY!! Complete waste of time. Scheduled basic cleaning and took off work to have service done. Ensured when scheduling visit that cleaning would be done same day. Arrived was told additional x rays are needed and I would have to come back to get cleaning done. I was just here 2 days ago and had x rays done. Revolving door like others have said. DO BETTER!!!

I had some negative experiences there the last few months as the practice had multiple staff turnover. I was so frustrated and didn’t trust their care, until a new medical manager, Michael, came on the staff. He was honest with me, listen to my complaints, and fixed all the mistakes of his predecessors. He is a gift to Dr. Tim. I would have left the practice if Michael didn’t restore my trust in their ability to adequately manage their patients. Bravo Michael. You deserve a big fat raise!

Extremely disappointed in this place, and their “compassions” sure they make it like dr tim does alot for his community but boy oh boy does he sure like to upcharge! We came in for an emergency abcess that we were told needed to be lanced by two different doctors, and he was on antibiotics & scared so they just moved on to asking us about financing & instead of asking us what our budget was we were shocked to silence that he offered work done for the low price of 80 thousand give or take a few thousand off for “compassion” . First off if we havent been able to afford to have our teeth taken care of because we have our kids & they come first, and we are trying to buy our first home, but NONESENSE! We can all just be homeless & have the best smiles! cus of the dentist deal & when my kids ask why we can get a home and why mom & dad work so many hours il just flash them our new “teeth” and let them know we got one helluva deal at compassionate dental! I really thought this man was out of his mind suggesting 80 grand, and that we can make our car payment & our dental payment once a month which would cost more than our car note & probably rent at that point. Yall should just change your name to “only the richest can afford to waste time here!” But you can get a cup of coffee & maybe a complimentary cookie while ur kid plays video games . I guess i get why i drive past it and never see it full, its because 90% of the damn population cant afford the extreme prices . I had big hopes that my husband wouldnt be in pain anymore but no 192$ visist charged to the insurance for them to just take an x ray. Honestly this place is probably the worst one ive been to since Naperville
